Automobile Seat Belt Extender Overview

This automobile seat belt extender is for use with the three point seat belt design most commonly used by the major domestic and imported automobiles, pickup trucks and SUVs. Works on either the driver side or passenger side seat belts.  Because the three point design is by far and away the most commonly used seat belt design currently in service, this seat belt extender will work with the majority of vehicle seat belts. Easy to install. This seat belt extender installs by bolting between the end of the existing seat belt and the bolt which secures the seat belt to the floor of the car. This extends the length of the entire seatbelt.

Before ordering, to verify if this seat belt extender will work on your vehicle, check to make sure that the seat belt in your vehicle matches this configuration with the seat belt bolted to the floor on the door post side of your vehicle:

Important Note: This seat belt extender should only be installed on the door post side of the seat belt assembly. Never install the extender on the buckling side of the existing seat belt. Serious injury or death may result from improper installation.
