Q. Who needs an extra airline seat cushion?
A. Many passengers, particularly on long flights, find that the typical
aircraft seat does not provide adequate neck or back support. This results in
discomfort in flight and stiffness afterwards. Many passengers attempt to compensate
for this by putting one or more pillows behind their neck and back but these tend to move
and compact over time.

Q. What is a 1st Class Sleepertm?
A. 1st Class Sleeper was developed by an
airline captain to address the ergonomic limitations of the standard airline seat with a
highly researched inflatable back support system that provides maximum comfort and
convenience.
A 1st Class Sleeper can be used as a lumbar support or as a
full length seat cushion. Either way it greatly improves the comfort of your plane
ride.

Q. How do I inflate my 1st Class Sleepertm
in flight?
A. The 1st Class Sleeper includes a
fitting that will let you fill it using air from the overhead cabin air nozzle on most
aircraft. You can also inflate it directly like an air mattress (it only takes
from 4 to 11 breaths depending upon how you set it up).

Q. When do I need an Extend-ITtm
seat belt extender with my 1st Class Sleeper?
A. When properly set up the 1st Class Sleeper
cushions your lower back and causes you to sit somewhat more toward the front on the
aircraft seat. This in turn requires more seatbelt length. The typical
aircraft seatbelt is only between 47" and 50" long and depending upon the seat
design with the 1st Class Sleeper installed you may not be able to
comfortably buckle the seatbelt without an extender.
Given the wide variety of aircraft seats and passenger shapes and sizes there are no
hard and fast rules as to when a seat belt extender will be needed to comfortably use your
1st Class Sleeper. Probably the best estimate is to note how
much "extra" seatbelt slack you typically have left when you are properly belted
in without the cushion. If the total slack is less than 6" to 7" you may
end up needing a seat belt extender to insure a proper fit with the 1st Class
Sleeper installed.
If you find you do need a seat belt extender, check back to this web site or give us a
call.

Q. How do I store my 1st Class Sleepertm
when it is not in use?
A. Easy. Squeeze out the air, roll it up and slide the cushion into
its storage bag and you're done. Rolled up it is only about the size of a travel
umbrella and fits easily into your carry on bag or briefcase.
